Write to us with Send feedback. A person looks at every request and answers it; see the terms.
What happens when my pass ends?
You go back to the free tier. Your levels, answers, recordings (for 30 days) and plan stay. Nothing renews or charges you.
Are taxes included?
No. Prices are in Canadian dollars before tax; the tax for your province is added at checkout.
How can I pay?
By card on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
